I've never had direct communication with the Mark Tipton, and it feels like he is not invested in his clients. "Absolutely zero attention to detail. There was a home policy put in force for me when all I did was an application. I received a $400+ plus bill, called in to rectify, I was told that "I would have to provide them a current declaration page for underwriting to flat cancel the policy." Michelle Antonich informed that because I provided my loan number and that my information was "sitting there" that the underwriters took my info and created a home policy. Furthermore, informed me that, "I do not have to sign any documents for a policy to be purchased in my name." I did not ask for the policy in the first place, only an application and quote, however I am responsible for doing the leg work to resolve your lack of doing your job. Do better."
